San Marco Preservation Hall, a Jacksonville historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved to Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard and renovated in 1994. The Hall is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society, a non-profit corporation organized for the preservation and enhancement of the historic San Marco neighborhood. The Hall comfortably accommodates 80 and is available for rental between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. The interior of the building is warm and intimate, finished in dark pine beaded board and pine flooring. San Marco Preservation Hall offers an open floor area of 20’ x 40’ with an additional stage area of 20’ x 10’ in the front of the hall. The facility is accessible to the handicapped and includes a bathroom and small caterer’s kitchen with a deep sink and electrical outlets for coffeemakers, etc. The caterer’s kitchen does not include cooking facilities or an icemaker but provides a room for storage and service. 68 stackable upholstered wooden chairs are available. Rental Rates: $300 per 4 hour half day (before or after 5 pm) $400 per 6 hour extended half day $600 per full day ( 8 am to 11 pm) $150 per 3 hour weekday (M-F daytime or M-W evening) Frequent user discounts available.
